Bonjour Blogger !
My common app is gone gone gone baby! I applied to my first college and it feels sensational. First semester senior year was not that bad. A little bumped and bruised but over all I feel relived !

November is definitely one busy month. Teen Vogue has filled my email inbox with events; between them and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade I'm gonna be all over the place. Tonight I was Manhattan bound, my stop : 42nd street.
We entered Sephora and were immediately filled with happiness and a feeling of importance. The store was buzzing, and full of people with cute outfits.
On the teen vogue side they were giving mini make overs and they had a lip stick reader.
(Lip Stick Reader [lip-stik-ree-der] - (noun) relatively close to a fortune teller. She can read your personality through your lip stick print.)Any-who I thought it was cute, but her "readings" were something. She told my friend when she needs advice turn to Michelle. We don't even know a Michelle, but what ever.
Mine said I was dramatic, artistic and 2010 will be a good year for me. Thanks for the heads up! ;)
Well Teen Vogue set up and candy table and you could make your own candy bag and fill it up with candy and perfume samples for Nanette Lepore.
The fashion designing Ohio native has granted us a gift. Her scent is so soft yet carries great elegance and presence. It smells like what I imagined in the 9th grade that Serena van der Woodsen is suppose to smell like according to the Gossip Girl novels [side note: the novel, NOT the show ;)]
The scent description reads: sensual, sophisticated, modern romantic a sensual bouquet embellishing modern and romantic florals with a mysterious undertone of amber, incense and woods. Mmmm time to tell a certain someone what I want for Christmas this year. ;] ha ha !
The smell was so good, it made our NYPD want a little taste of what was inside.
Over all it was a dainty and cute event. I admit my favorite part of going to Teen Vogue events is the fact that you get free magazines (always a bonus). We didn't stay long we left around 4/5 something (but you'd never tell cause its so dark).
Right now I'm gone to separate and eat candy much like a kid back from trick or treating.
Stay tuned, I'll be back soon!
