As an Associate Producer, I worked closely with Story Producers and the Executive Producer to develop compelling episode arcs and shape unscripted content. My responsibilities included watching and marking footage, creating string-outs in Avid Media Composer, and collaborating with editors to identify the most impactful scenes and sound bites. I also organized media cards, maintained the episode grid, and prepared materials for the network—ensuring each episode’s story arc was cohesive, engaging, and aligned with the producers’ vision.
